How To Make Changes To The Directory

To view and update your personal information online, please go to access.caltech.edu and enter changes under My Personal Information. This feature replaces the printed P-53 (Personnel Information Change Notice) form.

If you do not have an access to a computer, please contact your supervisor.

For assistance with using access.caltech, contact the IMSS Help Desk, via phone (ext. 3500), e-mail (help@caltech.edu), or in person (312 Center for Student Services, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday).

Updating the Directory's Departmental Section

Changes to the Departmental Section of the directory should be requested by Directory Coordinators or other authorized department personnel. Changes should be sent in writing to Personnel Directory, 1-71.
Information in our database will remain as is unless we receive a written request.
